Description

Responsibilities:
- Must provide outstanding customer service by providing assistance and resolving customer queries and concerns
- Answers phone calls, replying to email or chat of customers
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience for college undergrads or highschool graduates
- Must have impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Must have the capacity to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills*Must be flexible in terms of work (both in job responsibilities and work schedule)
- Relative experience is an advantage
- Must be able to stay cool under pressure
Work Schedule:
- 12hour work/shift (Shifting Schedule)
- 3 days off
