NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (Requirements needed upon application)
1. Minimum call center experience of 6 months on a voice account with 1 company
2. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, confident, intelligent, and assertive.
3. Excellent oral communication skills (American or Neutral Accent)
1. Main and Back-up computer (Minimum: Intel Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, with CAMERA)
2. Line-based Internet connection with 3mbps plan running more than 2mbps at any given time of the shift (DSL/Fiber/Cable connections only)
*Please note that signal-based internet connection is not acceptable (Pocket wifi, LTE Mobile data, Canopy etc.)
3. Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
*Please note that In-ear headset / mobile device headset and the like are not accepted
4. Back-up location with the same internet speed qualifications, backup computer with the same specifications, Back-up headset with the same qualifications, Back-up power source
