What you’ll get as a FULL TIME VA for us?

-- $770 monthly with annual increase based on performance

-- Health Allowance on your 6th consecutive month with a client (for Full time VAs only and based on performance)

-- 10 PAID Annual Leaves on your 6th consecutive month with a client

-- Various Incentives on top of the basic package

Common VA tasks include but not limited to:

-- Administrative Tasks

-- Outbound Calling -- Database Management

-- Internet Marketing and Marketing Campaigns

-- Lead Generation

-- Email and Calendar Management

What you should have to be qualified for the role?

-- A minimum of 6 months Call Center experience in a voice account, must be with the same company, so we can also measure your commitment level.

-- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, collaborative, confident, intelligent, and assertive.

-- Good to excellent communication skills is a MUST HAVE.

What equipment do we require from you?

-- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)

-- ACCEPTED Internet connections ARE DSL/Fiber/Cable. LTE / Broadband / Pocket WiFi/ Mobile data / Canopies NOT ALLOWED. (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)

-- Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
